We started the tournament with the air temp in the
low 90's, water temp in the low 80's, wind at 5MPH from the South, and clear skies. We ended the
tournament with the air temp in the mid 80's, water temp in the low 80's, wind at
5MPH from the South, and clear skies. A total of 43 fish weighed 54.59 pounds.
The winning team reported catching fish throughout
the night on worms around the docks up the Colorado. As the sun came up,
they switched to buzz baits and caught fish around the exposed grass at the
lower end of the Colorado. Big bass of the tournament was caught under a
bright light on a dock up the Colorado.
