Day 1:
A cold front blew in Friday to chill things down, but made for some hot fishing on Fayette.  At the start of the tournament on day 1 the air temp was 31, water temp at 64, wind from the NNE at 10 - 15MPH, and clear skies.  Day 1 ended with the air temp at 54, water temp at 64, wind from the NNE at 10 - 15MPH, and clear skies.  Total fish for day 1 was 51 bass weighing 179.32.

Day 2:
How things change overnight!  The wind did a 180 and changed some patterns for a few contestants.  At the start of the tournament on day 2 the air temp was 37, water temp at 65, wind from the SSW at 10 - 15MPH, and clear skies.  Day 2 ended with the air temp at 64, water temp at 65, wind from the SSW at 10 - 15MPH, and clear skies.  Total fish for day 2 was 38 bass weighing 109.42.  The average water temp on the lake was 68 for both days.  The water clarity was stained with a 2 - 4' visibility.  Total fish weighed in for both days was 89 bass weighing 288.74.

The first place team picked up most of their catch fishing main lake humps with small leach baits attached to a drop shot rig.  They also used crank baits in the trees and on the dam.  No particular pattern was used.  The fish were scattered.  The second place team also reported on no particular pattern.  They caught fish all over the lake using crank baits, spinner baits, rattle traps, c-rigs, and jigs.
