A total of 78 fish weighed 225.38.
There were two fish over the slot that were brought to the scales
to be weighed for big bass of the tournament. The 2nd place team
found fish shallow using T-rig lizards, shallow running crank
baits, and lipless crank baits. The fish were holding tight
to wood cover in shallow water while the clouds were hiding the
sun. Later in the day as the clouds broke, they found fish
tight to grass edges. The 1st place team and big bass
winners fished deeper grass edges with C-rigs and spinner baits.
The big bass was caught on a C-rig. |
