It never really rained, a blessing for sure. As a front
moved through, the lake got nasty and "large" when the wind picked
up. Most anglers were soaked at the weigh-in.
The 1st place team caught all of their fish on traps although on
practice days, they were not able to catch any fish on moving
baits.
The 2nd place team fished slow sinking flukes. With a busted
trolling motor, they drifted the same cove multiple times. |
